Primary Year Level Coordinator’s Message

We have yet again come to the end of Term 3. Indeed, it has been a busy term where we celebrated many events. We celebrated Literacy and Numeracy weeks, Book week, the Character Parade, the qurban campaign, Eid festival, Father’s Day and much more, as the list is extensive. Please follow us on social media to be kept up-to-date with important news from our school.

Eid Festvial

I would like to thank all our parents, friends and students who attended our Eid festival. We were very fortunate to have great weather and had a fun day. Thank you to Sirius College Ibrahim Dellal campus staff who worked together for an eventful day.

Inter School Competitions

I would like to congratulate our Year 3 students who competed in the Intercampus spelling bee. Well done to Kafiana Musa and Arshiya Halim for coming in first place. Also following this success, congratulations to our Year 5 students Abbas Ibrahim, Aayah Hawli and Adnan Baig for winning the intercampus Integrated Studies competition. We are very proud of all our students.

Primary School Concert

IDC showcased another spectacular event. The ‘Siriusly Outback’ 2018 Primary Concert was a sold out show! I would like to thank all our staff and students who performed on stage. Each performance was brilliant. I would like to thank Wyndham Cultural Centre for all their support on the night. Once again thank you to our parents and friends who attended our special night. I hope that you enjoyed your night.

I also appreciate all the feedback in regards to our school concert. Every year we try to improve our theme and introduce a new storyline. We welcome all feedback from our parents.

On a special note we would like to thank the events committee (especially Ms Btissam Yacine) for all their hard work towards our school concert.
